UDropdown item colors or variants

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

When using UDropdown the styling of the items is only available with iconClass, which is applied at the end of the class list (so using text-red-500 doesn't work as the prior color classes have higher priority).

Describe the solution you'd like

Having the iconClass at the start of the class list would allow overriding the default icon color.
Also, variant and/or color and/or label class could be made available for the items, so that we can have them in different styles.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Using the provided slot mechanism implies adding a lot of code for something that could be simpler.
