依赖commander版本控制问题 #484

commander版本依赖为*
导致commander所有的大版本更新之后，在引入的项目不依靠lock文件锁定依赖的情况下，install更新commander为最新大版本
而commander大版本更新不支持兼容的，造成潜在的兼容性问题
