sticky nvda key

It could be nice to have sticky keys support in NVDA. More concretely:

• A configuration setting which enables one hand users or users with motorical difficulties to use nvda key as a sticky key
• or possibility to lock and unlock nvda key
  I am in contact with a blind "one hand" user who fights with some troubles concerning using screen readers, but this can be also useful for those of us, who often use review cursor in console applications
  a trivial but probably not nice solution can be to define a new keyboard layout with nvda shortcuts without nvda key and provide a easy way (e.g. by a hotkey) to quickly switch keyboard schemes.
