Hi,

It would be nice to add browse navigation and Elements List to OpenOffice and LibreOffice as it was done for Excel and Word.
More and more people are using these free and open-source office suites, and I think it would be in the spirit of NVDA to focus a bit more on them.
Are there some plans to go to that direction or are there problems that makes it difficult or impossible at this point ?

Isn't this an enhancement being requested rather than a bug being reported? I would like to request labels to be accordingly revised for this ticket.

Also, I'm working on this (It may happen some day).

I had a somewhat dicey implementation using RootProxyTextInfo,on the TI, and a I modified CompoundDocumentTextInfo so it doesn't need a tree interceptor, because that's the beginnings of adding browse mode.

hi.
both features are available if you use f5 key and activate navigator.
but i agree for adding brows mode and vote for it, because makes using writer easier and faster.
by element list is available using f5 key as i mentioned!
you can select your desire element, expand it and find everything that you want using down arrow key, just press enter when nvda announces your desired one to read it!
hope that help, God bless you!
