If you use Mail app on Windows10, it is impossible to read with arrow keys bodies of messages.
NVDA simpy makes the error sound.
This also with the use cursor on message option enabled.

See attached log.

Hi,

Also #6168 (possibly a side effect of a recent merge). Tanks.

We'll need browse mode for these. caret navigation can't be trusted. It
gets stuck in columns similar to MS Word I think.

while trying to read the messages in mail app of win10, NVDA said "edit read only" again and again by pressing up/down aerows, but can't read the message. upgraded today to 16.3, and the statement is present in the change log about mail app compatibility. but it is still not working. why is it? @jcsteh

Hi, according to @michaelDCurran, this is due to an update to Mail app that was released a few days ago, now fixed as part of work to support Edge and Mail app in Anniversary Update. Thanks.

i'm already using win10 1607, and its not working in this OS with the
latest release of NVDA. @josephsl and @michaelDCurran I hope, @jcsteh checked this feature on win10 1607 before adding it to release for sure. But what can i do to get it in to work?

but @jcsteh you don't think so, that NV access should inform the users about it? or otherwise update to what's new doc by some way?
