I wonder why nvm is still 0.x version, while everything seems to be working great?

I think v1.0 release would manifest to potential new users,
that this tool has been proven.

P.S. Is https://github.com/nvm-sh/nvm/blob/master/ROADMAP.md content still relevant?

In v0.x.y, a change in x is a major version, and we've had many of those. There's nothing inherently about v0 or v1 that implies stability or instability.

v1.0 is blocked on #400, in particular.

Yes, the roadmap is still relevant.
