Notifications not clickable

nwjs v0.23.6 win x64 on Windows 10 Pro x64 - 1607

Notifications are not clickable nor dismissable as there is no interaction possible.
When trying to click the notification it just bubbles trough to whatever is behind it.
Thats why onclick event is also won't fire.

When using --disable-d3d11 the notifications won't show up at all.

@whiteboxmedia sorry for this bug, the bug is due to my "transparency" code
we have a workaround switch "--disable-transparency" add that to command line parameter
we will fix this soon
