Nylas mail start in background only in dev mode #3519

Nylas Mail in both windows and linux starts only in dev mode using the "-b" parameter.

If the normal instance is already running and running the program with -b, another instance opens in developer mode.

It would be a good option in the program preferences to start in the background and to start in normal mode.
