Poll: sig-graphics-audio weekly meeting format - Open until 2022-05-18

What: Change the format of the weekly discord meeting. Instead of using the meeting to assign jira issues, the meeting should be used to discuss technical topics, more like a regular standup meeting. In addition, an administrative meeting will be held on Tuesdays to do assignment of tasks and issues.

When: The poll starts on 2022-04-28 and will continue until 2022-05-18 (the next sig-graphics-audio monthly)

Tuesdays at 6:00pm UTC / 10:00am PT (30 minutes) - Administrative meeting, triage & issue assignment.
Wednesdays at 6:00pm UTC / 10:00am PT (30 minutes) - Technical discussions, standup, office hours.
