Chapters for some Manga\Manwa download more than once and I can not figure out how to stop it

Reproduction steps
Add "The Male Lead's Little Lion Daughter" using the "Comick". Have also noticed with other manga for other scrapers.

Expected behavior
Kaizoku would download only one version of the manga\manwa.

As I see, they have different scans for each chapter. This is not related to kaizoku. The Comick mangal scraper seems to have problems separating the scans.
