We are getting a warning on this likely invalid IE string that we have seen in the wild:
Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows NT 6.0; Trident/F3E)
Argument "f3e" isn't numeric in addition (+) at /opt/perl5.26.3/lib/site_perl/5.26.3/HTTP/BrowserDetect.pm line 2043.
