Today, the Visual Designer lets you visually edit the schema definition. The underlying CSDL/RSDL is modified, and this is useful when designing an API.

It would also be nice to use the visual designer to explore an existing service (i.e., in the OData-Explorer). In this case, the schema is fixed by the service, and we should not allow editing, only displaying the schema.

Once a read-only mode is added, it should be used by OData-Explorer.
