@santosomar Please document TC decision and merge. We will add the link as soon as it available directly (either to masteror the editor-revision-2022-05-14 branch.

This pull request was reviewed and approved by the TC during the OASIS CSAF TC Meeting on May 18, 2022. The proposed changes are non-material and do not affect the schema. The VEX justification documentation link or the link to CISA's SBOM documentation (https://www.cisa.gov/sbom) will be added once available.
