[14.0] [BUG] hr_period - Instal error , comparison with false

Describe the bug

Error installing the module. It seems that somehow the module when installed do a comparison with datetime and boolean. Here is the screen of the error:

Affected versions: 14.0

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Justo instal the module

Expected behavior
It should install

Can anyone point me in a direction? I can write a fix but is the first time i try to install the module. It seems that maybe is the module date_range which is failing?
