I would expect to see links and instructions for the Discord and Matrix communities in https://odoo-community.org/page/talk

Now that https://github.com/orgs/OCA/discussions/102 and https://github.com/orgs/OCA/discussions/104 are implemented, and now that we have a discussion forum in https://github.com/OCA/discussions, it's time for somebody to update the website and tell people how and where to join for conversation.

Important notes:

Joining the Matrix space involves a manual knock-knock process. It is explained in https://github.com/orgs/OCA/discussions/102 and might not be obvious for most users.
In https://odoo-community.org/get-involved/contribute the IRC channel is advertised. That's mostly dead these days (although you can still find it and join it through our matrix space too).
