Since there are several projects which are sync or migrate data from one system to another system:
https://github.com/oceanbase/canal
https://github.com/oceanbase/oblogmsg
I suggest to setup "Migration" SIG to maintain all project which are about data migration. Maybe in the future there are more open source projects. oblogproxy, ob-loader-dumper.
