"Networks" is missing Oasis Sapphire testnet & mainnet

Describe the bug

Ocean contracts are deployed to Oasis Sapphire testnet & mainnet.

While we don't have full ocean.js / ocean.py / Ocean Market support for those networks yet, those networks are used in production by Ocean Predictoor.

The docs' networks page -- https://docs.oceanprotocol.com/discover/networks -- does not currently have these two networks.

TODO for this issue:

• Add network info for:
  • Oasis Sapphire testnet
  • Oasis Sapphire mainnet
• Somewhere in the network docs, mention that these networks are used for Ocean Predictoor, and not to expect support in ocean.js / ocean.py / Ocean Market
