When a PR applies to several release, create a PR ro the oldest release (7.0 being the limit). Fixes are forward ported regularly from older release to newest release, including master. |

With these hooks, additions like a second or third discount, or 3x2 like offers, can be made in a clean way, without rewriting functions in the core.
