TODO: Quitar de gen_xml_te_43 todo lo relacionado a nodo receptor

Habías comentado que algunos clientes querían el nombre en el tiquete.

Correcto, pero a Hacienda no se debe enviar nodo receptor si no se tienen todos los campos requeridos.
Resuelto con los ajustes para V4.3 de FE !!
