What have you changed and why?
Dive bombers needed to be extremely accurate to have a chance of killing tanks, but this behaviour made them overly oppressive against infantry targets. This PR reduces the problem by adding a random offset to infantry targets.
Also fixed a bug that caused dive bombers to be inaccurate and frequently kill themselves against targets on steep hills.
Tested and working. It's still pretty dangerous tbh but you have a chance now.
