Overriding language in app\lang folder not working

Has there been and update to the plugin that stops the customized language files in the App\Lang\Offline\Gdpr -folder from working. I've tried to add the folder nb-no\lang.php here as it has worked on previous installations.

Moving the folder and lang.php-file into the plugin directorys lang folder proves that the file is working. I'm on the latest version of October.
