Slight Change in Installation Instruction for Linux Mint 22 (Wilma)

The homepage of Stacer says the following

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:oguzhaninan/stacer
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install stacer

However for Linux Mint 22 the first line refuses to add repository citing "Cannot add PPA: ''This PPA does not support noble''.". However running the last line to install alone worked fine with the following output
