Note this was partially done in #25 though not matching case and not listing all license versions. Maybe that is enough.

Is there a rationale for not listing all license versions? It feels that having the exact license versions would be preferable in most cases, and even being able to mark (as per SPDX) license statements such as "GPL v2.0 or any later version".

I don't know what the rationale was, but I agree all versions ought be listed. I also don't know how the current json is used. I've never heard, so strike "maybe that is enough" above.

@mlinksva agree re license versions (it was I who made initial mistake of not including them). The SPDX approach of thinking of license as "type+version" (e.g. GPLv2) in license makes sense I think. Let's move to that.

I renamed licenses that could be made to correspond to a particular version, and also changed okd/osi_complaint = true/false to od/osd_conformance = approved/rejected/not reviewed addressing #16

This is on master. If looks good could be pushed to gh_pages/deployed to licenses.opendefinition.org website.
