Document different okteto environment variables #8

There are environment variables that can be set by an user but there is no documentation such as:

OKTETO_DISABLE_SPINNER: Disables the okteto spinner
OKTETO_RESCAN_INTERVAL: Syncthing rescan interval
OKTETO_TOKEN: Connects to the k8s with this token
OKTETO_URL: Defines the okteto cluster url
