Describe the bug
PHP extensions are not visible after submit

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'add container'
Click on 'PHP'
Select extensions and submit
Go back to your PHP container in sidebar
No extension selected

Expected behavior
Extensions must be visible in the input
