This project was created as part of the Real Time Embedded Programming course at the University of Glasgow, which requires the conception of a real-time product that can solve a real-life problem.
The UK is very much a nation of tea drinkers and tea is the most popular drink. Despite this, there is no commercial tea maker available for people in a public setting or an office environment who would want the same tea experience they could achieve at home - a correctly prepared tea with a superb taste!
We have therefore decided to create MyTea - a product which makes you the perfect cup of tea, every time! The machine automatically heats up water, dispenses the correct amount of tea leaves, infuses them and pours the tea when it is done.
You just have to take care of your MyTea machine, and it will take care of your tea...
