Insert multi-line support #46

Closes #20.

Some notes:

this is based off of Initial mode picker #45
you can get stuck in the window border again
if the view shifts during this the position is lost
~~if you write a line long enough that the view shifts, it won't return to the beginning and will be stuck in the sidebar~~ see Cursor can get stuck in the border in Insert mode with <ENTER> #68
Backspace doesn't return to the top of the last line
