BE can convert and put in #6, but cannot buy shares.

This is probably because the player was on cert limit - but you are allowed to exceed cert limit at this point (just have to sell down in an SR, if necessary).

I'd just spotted this mistake this morning, and fixed it around the same time you were reporting this bug. Try again, it should be working now – make sure you refresh the page to load the latest code.
