New versions of Quartus Pro fail identification

Quartus Pro 19.4.0 (and possibly others after 19.1.0) return a slightly different string that the current regex fails to match correctly, therefore incorrectly assumes we are running Quartus Standard.

The main issue is that the letters SJ have changed to SC.

I don't know what meaning they have and unless it's important I suggest matching on any string of letters instead.
