【第5回】digin.hspのgpio番号の変更 #107

現状はGPIO17のLEDを点灯するように実装されている。
一方で、直前の課題ではGPIO23にFaBoのLEDを接続している。
そのため、GPIO23に接続したLEDを使用するように変更する。
