Fix bones tests

The master branch of our fork of bones was upgraded to the latest version of it's dependencies (underscore, express, backbone), and a number of breaking changes were made.

we should get the tests running again properly, although it seems like they have been broken upstream for a while.

The tests are currently using expresso, but if you think it will be easier, port the tests to mocha if you can.

They also make a lot of use of assert.response, so this might be a relevant issue for you to check out.
