The CI pipeline to publish monoca versions is broken as It was using @CesarD personal tokens.

The idea will be to get access to @guidesmithsbot to Nuget and replace the personal token in usage.

Patch in place already in place. Thanks to @inigomarquinez and @carpasse ^.^

We are working on a final solution to no depend on personal accounts
