I should be able to GET my namecard with the token
public should be able to GET <username> namecard as a default
public should be able to GET <username>/<tag (e.g. party, randomString)> if the copyCount > 0

Future plan to have multiple way of accessing the tag
like

by password
by accessing username
by time
by realtime request
etc...
