  • HZN_AGBOT_URL in /etc/default/horizon (completed several weeks ago in a separate issue)

The related Anax issue is open-horizon/anax#2465

@linggao Does AdbotURL need to be added to the agent config file or the agbot config file? If agent, isn't adding HZN_AGBOT_URL to /etc/default/horizon good enough?

Dave doesn't think it is necessary to add AdbotURL to the config file. If that is true, there is nothing left to do for this issue. So i'll move it to Review/QA so you can confirm. If you disagree, let me know.
