Merging works and I added a script under IDEAS/scripts/mergeAnnex60script.py to do the merging.

See branch: https://github.com/open-ideas/IDEAS/tree/mergedAnnex60

However not all unit tests give the same results for the Annex60 models.

I am waiting for unittests to be the same before merging this branch. See also ibpsa/modelica-ibpsa#70
