I reviewed the go.mod changes and they look good now. Great work, @mar4uk!
@bogdandrutu, would you like to review this one as well, given you had interactions with the Loki exporter by copying the proto definitions to this repo? This PR effectively reverts that by using a new go module split from the Loki repository.

This PR enables promtail receiver. The problems promtail receiver caused previously were solved:
loki/pkg/pushmoduleLink to tracking Issue: #17082
