On RedHat, the package perl-generators needs to be installed, or else the Provides and Requires in the resulting RPM will be deficient. Yes, it is sort of off-topic for cpanspec, but it would be appreciated if it was mentioned in the README somehow. It took me quite a while to figure out whose fault it was that the Requires/Provides were missing.
