sample should respect the layer specified #690

I'm not sure what the sample.json is supposed to be but it seems to be a sample of the source data? (it would be handy to get a sample of the output too)

However in https://s3.amazonaws.com/data.openaddresses.io/runs/375882/sample.json

Which doesn't match the schema of the specified GDB layer at https://github.com/openaddresses/openaddresses/blob/63a957f2c928aef7d540eb45a36a2a457082d91c/sources/au/qld/statewide.json

ogrinfo -al -so says this, so it seems the sample is picking the first layer in the GDB.

Had to open data source read-only.
