Openhab shutdown takes to long because the rsb participants stuck on deactivation #1

Openhab mostly takes a realy long time to shutdown cause by the following issue:

the binding does not implement a proper shutdown of the registry and unit remote pool, those the participants keep on trying to reestablish its connection. Thus, the binding is not properly shutdown. Todo at the code section has been added.

closed because bco does not depend anymore on rsb.
