Add mobile version of authorization page

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Fire services/oauth/authorize on a mobile browser (e.g. iPhone)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'd love to be able to use a mobile version of the authorization page.
opencaching.pl in has in fact a mobile version (m.opencaching.pl) but I'm not 
sure how that cooperates with the API

Which revision of OKAPI are you using?

In today's world it would be of great help for users to be presented a more mobile-friendly authorization page, so the user doesn't have to zoom in a lot to be able to use it from a smartphone.
