Registration/Login problem

Hey, whenever new customer wants to register or existing customer wants to login, they get this message:

I did not install anything recently. It is not theme related, because there is a problem in every theme I use. I am using 1.5.1.3 version OC.

I am really stuck and have nowhere to go at this point. Thank you for your help.

Check the language file for white spaces

don't use microsoft products. to save files with.
