Additionally it would be useful to be able to select which time frame should be exported.

Wouldn't it be way more easier to select the time period in the tool that is used for the analytics? Usually it is trivial to delete lines in Excel or SPSS.

This in no longer needed once it is possible to select which tracks and which categories are displayed in the frontend. Then all tracks and categories currently visibel can be exported.

Selecting tracks is already possible (see #34 and pull request #8), so this is resolved once we have #4. Closing.
