gnmi_cli is not closing ONCE Subscribe RPC context when display_type=proto #35

When the gnmi_cli is used for ONCE Subscribe with display_type=proto, the RPC is not getting closed after sync_response=true is received on the gnmi_cli. Is this expected expected?

Similarly POLL is also not happening when the display_type=proto.

I am also facing the same issue, but we locally modified the code and got away with this issue.
