          @forgotvas I'm curious to understand what happens if a user downloads a video and watches it offline. Does the system recognize it as complete once the user reconnects online?

We need to develop a progress synchronization mechanism for downloaded videos that were viewed offline. So that a video that was viewed in offline mode will be marked as completed after going online.
