"A_brake_emergency(V,d) shall be the emergency brake deceleration as a function
of the speed, of the locations with change of special brake(s) contribution encountered
between the train front and the foot of the EBD curve. "

Since there is for every target a specific EBD Curve, it should be mentioned, that A_brake_emergency should use EBD foot of the EBD of the target, which have the greatest distance to train front.

Another possibility is to calculate A_break_emergency for each EBD, but this results in great redundancy...
