use jq parameter to get rid of the >"< #158

Description

jq can itself strip the " from the output by supplying the -r
Use that in the documentation

Motivation and Context

It is really just a one liner to simplify the Tutorial a bit

How Has This Been Tested?

I ran the command on my xubuntu 20.04 machine and it worked just fine

Types of changes
