🐛 (live) unable to close the chat/viewers panel using the mouse

Problematic Behavior
The chat/viewers panel cannot be closed using the mouse. The only method to close the panel is by using keyboard navigation.

The issue of being unable to close the chat/viewers panel with the mouse occurs for both the teacher and the viewers. Additionally, there seems to be a problem with resizing the panel on the teacher's side (see video below).
It is possible that these issues are related to the Jitsi room interface?

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch a webinar
2. Try to close the chat/viewers panel

Environment

• Marsha version: latest prod & staging
• Platform: site & Open edX platforms
• Browsers: Brave 1.52.129 (Chromium: 114.0.5735.198) & Firefox
