Remove the openoffice example module. This module is hard to build an…

…d maintain and does not really demonstrate geospatial inter-operability. It also introduce a "naming authority" problem since it use "org.opengis" namespace in Calc Formulas, which may not be a space that OGC NA wants to maintain. For a replacement, see the sis-openoffice module at http://sis.apache.org/.
