[hue] Prism Effect not updating lamp Color in OH UI

When a lamp is running the Prism Effect, (the API v2 successor to 'Color Loop'), the actual color of the lamp is not dynamically updated in the OH UI.

By contrast, the actual color IS updated dynamically in the Hue App.

The binding trace logs show that, when a lamp is running the Prism Effect, it does NOT send any color XY change events to the binding. Therefore there is no dynamic information available for the binding to display the actual color status in the UI.

It seems that the dynamic color information in the Hue app (see below) is merely a simulation to give the impression of a dynamic update.
