The first patches the fgd211 file to fix a problem where a few fields had multiple <Value> blocks containing the same value. This broke habmin. I also updated some of the labels.
The second commit removes Value sections from a couple of Fibaro devices where the field is intended to be entered by the user (the alarm duration).
